 Dear John, Many thanks for providing the perfect venue to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. I very much enjoyed working with your party planner, Catherine. She provided tremendous assistance with all details from menu selection to decor. The room looked lovely as a result of all her suggestions. We knew the food would be wonderful and we were not disappointed. All of the guests commented on how much they enjoyed their meal. When I come to Brady's I can count on great food and value even when I bring my family! My wife had the Ruben and I chose my fillet wrap along with a few pints of Guiness. My kids love the Choo Choo burgers and make it a point every week to come back. Regards! I had the Polenta Encrusted Salmon, paired with the new Southampton Beer they have on tap, and finished off with an Apple Crumb Pie ala mode (minus the whipped cream). Loved it! Very truly yours, Rachel McKenna - 2/23/2011 I went there for a birthday dinner with my parents and a few friends. We ordered 2 appetizers for the table to start, fried calamari and wings. Both were fantastic. The calamari was crisp, and not a lot of tentacles and the wings were cooked to perfection. The selection of beer they have on tap is fantastic, including their own micro-brew, Brady's Ale, and PBR. I ended up getting their version of the Sliders, called Cho-Cho Burgers as my entree, and they were delicious. I will definitely go back. Last Saturday, the 9th of may, we thoroughly enjoyed, as did our guests, the Bridal Shower held in your lovely upstairs room, for our daughter Elizabeth. A couple days earlier we met with your delightful party planner Catherine, who right from the start, gave us the confidence that we were in good hands…and she was right. The delicious food selection was wonderful, and the quality and presentation was most appealing. Our every move was anticipated, and never did we have to remind any of the great staff that something had to be done. All of the workers were professional, helpful and energetic! Very good menu and a friendly and upbeat staff this is always willing to help. Two bars great bartenders that remember their customers. Danny W. - 11/14/2010 During my brief stay in Ramsey, New Jersey, I came across Brady's At the Station at the train tracks. The Restaurant was very inviting so I decided to go in. The hostess greeted me with a big smile but I opted for the bar as I was unsure whether to eat or not. Bob the bartender greeted me in a smooth professional manner, asked if I was eating, and quickly set up my drink. I decided to have an appetizer for the late afternoon out on the patio. I placed our order indoors with Bob and proceeded outdoors. While enjoying the local atmosphere I noticed a group of individuals enjoying a few beers together. I quickly found out that it was John Brady, the owner, treating a few friends to a drink. He was always getting up and opening doors for his patrons and talking and mingling with everyone making sure everything was okay. I ordered the mussels in marinara sauce with a glass of wine. I also ordered garlic toast. Which was not on the menu, but the kitchen staff promptly made. Amy, my waitress and a 5 year member, was gracious and exuberant in her duties. She was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. I had a brief conversation with John Brady and he stated that great customer service and consistently good food are the main strengths of his establishment.
