Listed prices are based on 3 hour parties. Linen is $5.00 extra per table for parties occurring from Monday to Friday. Linen for parties is included occurring on Saturdays and Sundays. Linen is included for Brunch and Luncheon buffets occurring every day of the week.
Private Party Terms & Conditions
- Prices are based on 3 hr. parties, unless otherwise noted
- Minimum guarantee of 30 adults and a choice of either a brunch or luncheon buffet is required for use of the upstairs dining area
- Minimum requirements for reserving entire second floor are 50 adults and a choice of either brunch, luncheon or dinner buffet
- Dining areas are not available on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings. However, exceptions can be made, so see manager for details
- A credit card number is required to hold a specific date and time
- A $500.00 nonrefundable deposit is required at contract signing
- Final guarantee is due 72 hrs. prior to party
- Total balance is due immediately upon completion of party
- Children under the age of 10 will be charged ½ the total food price
- Children between the ages of 2 and 5 will be charges $7.00 per child
- Children under the age of 2 will not be charged
- All prices are subject to local sales tax (currently 7%) as well as a 20% service charge
- Customer is liable for any damages incurred by Bradys at the Station during the execution of the party that was determined to be caused by customer, guests, or venders ( D.J, band, party planner/decorator, etc.) hired by customer
- “Bradys” reserves the right to make certain restrictions on entertainment and/or decorations. Please discuss with management prior to party’s execution
- Examples:
No marbles, play-doh, toys that require or have liquid of any kind
No food or drinks unless discussed and agreed upon by management
